Exam results are something for which many students eagerly wait for. But the WBJEE Result 2020 has got delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. The rapid outbreak of COVID-19 has raised doubts on the release date. The exam was smoothly conducted on 2^nd February 2020. According to reports to date and statements from WBJEE officials, the results are scheduled to be released after the end of lockdown. So, the results are expected to be out tentatively by the end of May – start of June 2020.

What WBJEE Result 2020 includes?

The WBJEE Result 2020 will include your Rank Card with all relevant Ranks, a total, and component score of both Paper I & II. The result will be released on the WBJEE portal. What to do after the declaration of WBJEE Result 2020?

After the WBJEE Result is out, the counseling process is set to begin tentatively by July 2020. You should preserve your admit card till the confirmation of admission. A notification will be received for counseling, seat allotment, and admission after the release of the results.

Steps to download WBJEE Result 2020

If you have appeared for the WBJEE Exam 2020, please note the steps as mentioned below to download your WBJEE Result:

First, visit the official page of WBJEE.
Now, click on the link WBJEE Result 2020.
Now, you must log in with your application number, password, and security pin. You will find all these details on your WBJEE Admit Card.
You will find the WBJEE Result and Scorecard on the screen.
Finally, you can download the rank card and print the same for further reference.

Please note that, if you have secured marks more than the WBJEE Cut-off, you will be asked to attend Counselling.

WBJEE Result 2020: Merit List

Now that the exams are conducted, the two most important things that a candidate will be looking out to are the Results and Merit List. The process of declaration of WBJEE Result 2020 is on delay due to the rapid outbreak of COVID-19. However, the WBJEEB officials are expecting it to release by the end of April. Only after that merit list will roll out.

On the basis of papers in WBJEE 2020, there will be two separate merit lists. One is the General Rank Merit List, and the other is Pharmacy Merit Rank. Based on these lists, eligible candidates will be asked to attend counseling rounds. You will also find separate cut-off criteria with different colleges. Accordingly, you can apply to them if you fulfill the criteria.

First, visit the official portal of WBJEE.
You will find a link ‘WBJEE Merit List 2020’; after that, click on it.
Just enter your roll number and date of birth.
Now click on the ‘Submit’ button.
You can access the WBJEE Merit List 2020 now.

WBJEE Merit List 2020 Compilations

There are two lists that the WBJEEB Officials release. One is the General Merit List, and the other is the Pharmacy Merit List. Let’s check out the merit list compilations below:

So, although the release of WBJEE Result 2020 has fallen behind schedule, we can still expect them to be published by the end of May or beginning of June. Merit List and Counseling will follow after the declaration of results.
